I found Drive Mad while searching for casual driving games, and it quickly became a favorite. The controls are easy to learn, but mastering the courses takes practice.
This list is making me realize I need to plan outfits around standing/walking for hours, not just “cute for a photo.” I’ve been trying to figure out what colors actually work on me and ended up down a rabbit hole on StyleLookLab — StyleLookLab — which is probably overthinking it, but festival season does that to me.
Rhythm on the River being free admission is a big deal — makes it way easier to just pop over for an hour and not feel like you have to “get your money’s worth.” Random aside: seeing all the festival photo ops mentioned made me think of that Ghibli-style image thing at https://imgg.ai/styles/ghibli, which would be kinda hilarious for fireworks pics.
Oktoberfest season is honestly when downtown starts feeling like fall for me — even if the weather is still doing summer things. Side note, scrolling event lists like this feels the same as browsing directories like https://hrefgo.com, where you suddenly realize there are way more options than you can fit into one weekend.
I always forget how stacked early September is here until I see it all listed out like this. Slightly random, but the “end of summer blowout” description made me think of how people decode little clues in event posts — I’ve even used a Caesar cipher tool before just out of curiosity, and now I’m wondering if any festivals do hidden-message promos.
